Do I need a Fast&Up account to be able to shop?

Yes, you need to sign up and create an account to be able to shop on our website. We do not support guest checkout.

On submitting the form, we send you a confirmation email to ensure no one creates an account on your behalf. Once you verify your Email ID, you are good to go!

Where can I see my order?

You need to log into your account to see your order history. To get more information on any one particular order, click on that Order ID and you can see the entire information of that order.

We know the excitement of buying new things. To ensure you are always informed, we update the order status every time your order moves to the next processing stage. Once we dispatch your order we send you an email with the tracking ID for you to track your order. All our logistics partners provide shipment tracking, so you will always know when to expect your order.

Please note the tracking id will be available only after dispatch which is usually 2-3 days after placing the order.

No, once an order is placed it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel it and place a new order.

Yes, you can self-cancel your order in My accounts section or request for a cancellation by dropping us an email on [email protected] before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once it is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please note: FUP Club Membership cannot be cancelled once taken.

You can reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] to request for an address change. If the parcel is in a stage where the address cab be modified our team will do it for you and in case it is not they will guide you on the next steps.

At the moment this option isn`t available. You need to place separate orders to have them delivered separately.

How do I pay for my order?

We allow you to pay using any of the Prepaid methods like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Amazon Pay, PhonePe, Google Pay and Wallets or you can pay Cash-on-Delivery (COD). However, Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not applicable on FUP Club Membership and select products.

Yes. Our price is inclusive of GST and is reflected during checkout and in the tax invoice sent to you.

In case the amount is deducted from your end but the transaction has not been confirmed or has failed, the deducted amount is with the payment gateway provider and will be refunded back to your account within 7 working days by them in case it does not flow into our system before that. However, we do recommend that you leave a message at any of our communication channels to bring this to our notice.
